The Tokon Academy is extremely proud to now be offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes at Nuffield Health fitness & wellbeing in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. Regular classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, drawn from our ‘fundamentals’ programme, will commence Tuesday 7th February 2012 and be held in ‘studio 2′ at the centre between 20.30 – 21.30.
