Winter grading 2011

The ‘grading’ will be formed of a seminar with Roger Gracie black belt Nicolas Gregoriades and any successful jiu jitsoka shall received stripes/belts at the end of the session. Please make sure you check as to whether the seminar is suitable for you, especially as many of the juniors have only been training a short while.
