Come and try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

On Monday 17th October and Tuesday 18th October 2011 between 3.30pm-4.30pm the Tokon Academy (in association with the BJJ in Schools initiative) will be introducing the children of Shefford Lower School and the Robert Bloomfield Academy (respectively) in Bedfordshire to the fantastic sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

The session is FREE and open to all children that attend both schools so why not come along and try the worlds fastest growing martial art, which just happens to be arguably the worlds #1 martial art for self-defence!
